Personal Trainer
I was born in Nigeria at just 24 weeks premature, with cerebral palsy and hearing loss. My early years were filled with challenges—I couldn’t walk until age 4, and I relied on speech and physical therapy for many years. But every obstacle became an opportunity to grow stronger.
Thanks to my special physical therapy teacher, Mr. Van, I learned how to walk, run, and build resilience through movement. His guidance inspired me to stay active, leading me into sports like basketball, track, cross country, baseball, and eventually, wrestling—where I discovered my true passion for fitness.
Wrestling taught me discipline, strength, and the power of perseverance. What many said was impossible—running, training, building muscle, and competing—I accomplished through hard work and faith. Fitness became my way of proving that setbacks don’t define you, and that with consistency and courage, you can overcome anything.
Today, I carry the “mind of a lion.” My disability is not a curse but a blessing—it shaped me into someone who refuses to quit. My journey is proof that it’s not over when you lose; it’s over when you quit. Through Christ, all things are possible, and I strive to inspire others to believe in their own strength and do the impossible.
